 All orders will be shipped 1-4 business days (Processing/ Handling Time) after you have placed the order. 

**Please allow extra time due to COVID, natural disasters, busy seasons/ holidays, etc. which could delay processing and shipping times.

    • USPS First-Class Package: 7-10 Business Days (Tracking Included) 
    • USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 Business Days (Package Insurance Included | Tracking Included) 

International Shipping: **Does Not Include Time Spent at Custom/ Border Facilities

  • Estimated Transit (Shipping) Times: 
    • USPS First-Class Package International: (Usually 7-21 Business Days | Some Tracking Included)
    • UPS Standard Shipping (Usually 4-5 Business Days | Tracking Included)

Lost/ Stolen Package

  • FrizNoats™ is not responsible for any packages that have been lost or stolen. Once the package has been handed to the postal service, the package is no longer in our control. Some of the FrizNoats™ shipping options come with insurance. In that case, contact us at support@friznoats.com for more information. 

Shipping Delays

  • FrizNoats™ is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the international customs department in your country. Depending on the laws/ location, you may be liable to pay customs duties and taxes. Payments from customs charges, import fees, or taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by FrizNoats™. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and associated important laws.

**There MAY be some cases that cause the delivery/ shipping times to take longer than our policy states. 

**International Customers: If you get to checkout and it says that your location is not supported by shipping: Email Us at support@friznoats.com, and we will add your location to our list!! We are a small business, but would love to expand our business to you!
